Senior Mobile Developer Role

We support small businesses in expanding their capabilities through streamlined processes and data-driven insights.

About the Position:

This senior Android engineer will join a cross-functional team focused on mobile app development, with a concentration on signup flows and payments. Our teams collaborate across Australia and New Zealand to deliver software for native mobile products. We're looking for someone who can drive results, mentor others, and make architectural decisions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Bring expertise in making technical decisions, offering guidance, mentoring, and staying up-to-date with mobile development technologies.
  • Previous experience as a senior engineer is preferred.
  • Apart from Android, you should have an appetite to understand and learn other stacks (iOS, Backend - preferably C#).
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring engineers is beneficial.
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong technical fluency in Android is essential, especially in Kotlin & Coroutines, Testing knowledge – including unit testing, Dependency Injection – heavily relies on DI (Hilt), Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and clean architecture patterns.
