Position Summary:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for the operational success of 16 aquatic recreation and tourism sites in Northern NSW. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality services and programs to both members and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop teams to achieve operational performance and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement strategic plans.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing and sales contracts while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Promote ethical practices and foster a culture of motivation and teamwork.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business management, particularly within the leisure, fitness, or facility management sectors. You should be a visionary leader with a passion for developing high-performance teams and a clear understanding of how employee engagement drives business success.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in building effective teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing operational and financial strategies.
  • Strong background in managing complex business operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for negotiation.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in computer applications.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business (preferred)
