About the Role: High-End Residential Carpenter

We seek an experienced Master Carpenter to join our team, working on architectural builds that embody innovation and tradition. As a key member of our construction project team, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to translate blueprints into stunning masterpieces.

Responsibilities:

• Meticulous Woodworking: Craft high-quality wooden structures, furnishings, and features with exceptional attention to detail.
• Set out: Understand plans and construction processes from start to finish.
• New Build: Work closely with clients and design teams to create precision-cut and jointed wooden elements.
• Renovation: Expertly transform existing spaces by seamlessly integrating modern aesthetics with classic design elements.
• Finishing Excellence: Apply expert-level finishing techniques to ensure surfaces are smooth, polished, and ready for occupancy.
• Customisation: Deliver bespoke carpentry solutions tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Lead a team of skilled carpenters and apprentices to execute projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
