About the Role:

We are seeking qualified trainers to deliver and assess the Foundation Skills Package. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver high-quality, compliant, and engaging sessions, ensuring appropriate assessment systems are in place.

As a trainer and assessor, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team, offering ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Training will take place at client locations around Sydney, with occasional travel required. If you are passionate about helping others learn and giving back to the community, we encourage you to apply.

About You:

  • You are a clear communicator with experience working or interacting with people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • You possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and have extensive industry experience.
  • You are able to engage all learner types and levels, work unsupervised, and manage your time effectively.
  • You also have moderate computer literacy and a current driving licence.

About Your Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116
  • Qualifications equal to or above the level of delivery of training
  • Extensive industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering accredited vocational training
  • Ability to engage all learner types and levels
  • Ability to work unsupervised and good time management skills
  • Ability to captivate, retain, and provide engaging training
  • Ability to build supportive relationships with students
  • Current Driving Licence
  • National Police Check
