Our Senior Educator will lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader, they will observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. The Senior Educator is committed to safety and inclusivity, ensuring every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You'll need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
