Bakery Team Member/Bakery Supervisor

  • Employee Performance: Monitors employee performance and provides feedback to promote teamwork and accountability, ensuring that all staff members are working towards common goals.
  • Hiring and Promotion: Participates in employee evaluations and makes recommendations for hiring and promotion to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to succeed.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation procedures and standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bakery Trade Experience: Proven experience in the bakery trade, with a strong understanding of baking principles and practices.
  • Management Skills: Effective leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve its goals.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with a strong focus on providing a positive customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
