The Security Specialist

You will provide security services at various sites, supporting tenants, guests and visitors. Your responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Managing access and responding to client requests
  • Ensuring safety and security for the site
  • Managing emergency situations and demonstrating proactive security awareness
Essential Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

  • A current state or territory full security licence (including crowd control where applicable)
  • An Apply First Aid Certificate
  • A Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Prior experience in retail security is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to take ownership of service delivery
  • The ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation and corporate-appropriate attire
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • The ability to respond to emergency situations
  • A valid work visa for Australia
  • The ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
  • Availability across 7 days/nights
