Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HC Driver to join our team. As a key player in our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of bulk fuels and lubricants to our customers.

About the Role

This is a rotating roster position based at our Kwinana Depot, offering the opportunity to work and live in your local community. We require an experienced HC Driver with a high work ethic, safety focus, and strong communication skills.

A typical day as an HC Driver may involve:

  • Making a difference for our customers by arriving on time and providing critical resources to support their businesses.
  • Ensuring the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the community through regular safety talks, pre-delivery assessments, and site inspections.
  • Discussing hazards and risks associated with conditions and finding new ways to improve the way we work.
  • Representing us across various locations and engaging directly with customers, community members, colleagues, and leaders.

Necessary qualifications for this role include:

  • A commitment to our values.
  • A minimum HC licence.
  • Strong communication skills with persuasive ability to influence change.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Safety focussed.

Desirable skills include:

  • Fuel transport industry experience.
  • Current DG licence.
  • Current SLP licence.
