About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our Sydney-based managed services provider. As a Senior Level 3 Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering projects, including migrations, relocations, networking, implementations, and upgrades, across a broad client base in Sydney.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5+ years of experience in technical support and 1-2 years as a Senior Level 3 Engineer. A strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly the Microsoft stack, including Windows Server, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Server, and managing virtual environments, is essential. Your experience with networking, switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, and Wi-Fi is also crucial. Building trust with key stakeholders and managing client relationships is a key aspect of this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, with at least 1-2 years as a Senior Level 3 Engineer
  • Previous experience working in an MSP environment, preferably in a projects role
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly Microsoft and cloud services
  • Experience as an escalation point for level 2
  • Strong systems support experience, including Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft Intune, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and managing virtual environments
  • Networking experience across switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Good understanding of VLANs and Wi-Fi, with troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and client relationships
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Qualifications in IT or equivalent industry certifications
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
