Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Microsoft Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement modern, secure APIs using RESTful and event-driven patterns, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Azure-native services like API Management, Functions, and Logic Apps.

  • You will lead integration strategy and cloud migration, modernising legacy systems and promoting reusable, well-documented APIs across domains.
  • Craft modern APIs, automate processes, and elevate user experiences across the enterprise.
  • Mentor engineers and champion best practices, contributing to risk assessments, incident response planning, and fostering a high-performance, adaptable team culture.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with architects, product managers, and delivery teams to align API solutions with business needs and drive continuous improvement. Maintain expertise in API technologies, pursue certifications, and identify opportunities for productivity and process enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in designing and implementing modern, secure APIs using RESTful and event-driven patterns, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Azure-native services.
  • Experience in leading integration strategy and cloud migration, modernising legacy systems and promoting reusable, well-documented APIs across domains.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with ability to foster a high-performance, adaptable team culture.
