About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Attorney to join our Banking & Finance team in our Sydney office. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile national matters, collaborating with clients including major banks and other large financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Documenting, negotiating, and settling transactions involving property and construction finance, asset finance, and general corporate funding
  • Providing advice to clients on a range of corporate finance matters
  • Working closely with partners and colleagues to deliver excellent client service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a reputable front-end Banking & Finance focused practice
  • Strong expertise in documenting, negotiating, and settling finance transactions involving banks and other financial institutions
  • Excellent communication and research skills, with a strong commitment to client services
