We are seeking an experienced Cyber Risk Leader to join our team as the Head of Cyber Risk Management. As a key member of our Risk Division, you will be responsible for setting, owning, advising, and reporting on the Group-wide approach to managing Cyber Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Cyber Risk Management Framework to ensure the Group's cyber risk posture is aligned with its risk appetite.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the Cyber Risk Class Owner function, ensuring consistency with the Risk Division strategy, Group strategy, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead a high-performance team to deliver an effective and efficient Cyber Risk Class Owner function, providing independent specialist 2nd line cyber risk leadership, insight, and oversight across the Group.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence and drive operational change, ensuring the Group's cyber risk management practices are aligned with global trends, economic cycles, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of banking/financial services industry experience, including 2nd or 3rd line of defence risk experience.
- Expert knowledge of international security and risk-related regulations, legislations, standards, and frameworks, including NIST, CPS 234, ISO-27000 series, ISO 31000, and SOCI.
- Ability to think and operate at both strategic and operational levels, with a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to influence and drive operational change.
