At Atlas Copco Australia Pty Ltd, we're seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Power Technique business area, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and reliability to our customers.

The Role

You'll spend most of your time visiting and supporting our customers, performing routine preventative service and maintenance, attending breakdowns, and identifying faults. Your main responsibility will be to commission and decommission our fleet, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

What We Expect of You

  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with a trade or qualifications in a relevant field
  • Pumps experience is a plus
  • A commitment to safety and compliance
  • Flexibility to respond to customers' demands, including occasional work outside normal hours
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to take ownership of meeting customer needs
  • Ability to work independently, with remote reporting to the regional support office
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, mining, O&G, or production environments is desirable
  • Experience working in a workshop or repair environment
  • Microsoft Office suite competence
  • A valid driver's license
  • A forklift license is a plus
