Service Technician

About the Role:
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on designated equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within the required timeframe
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone or at their sites
  • Assess and report on product performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Comply with company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering
  • Hold QLD REL (restricted electrical licence) or be eligible to obtain one
  • Solid technical experience in an electro-mechanical and/or electrical field
  • Valid and unrestricted Driver's license with access to a vehicle
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
