About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of invoices, bills, and financial obligations, ensuring timely payments and accurate reconciliations.

  • Process and manage invoices and payments.
  • Maintain prepayment schedules and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Oversee credit card, staff expense, and travel expense coding and reconciliations.
  • Assist with vendor reconciliation statements.
  • Support bank statement reconciliations.
  • Coordinate vendor credit applications.
  • Contribute to weekly payment runs.
  • Establish new supplier relationships.
