Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive haul trucks, dozers, graders, loaders, or excavators in a controlled environment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet daily targets and productivity metrics.
  • Conduct thorough pre-start inspections and report any faults or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and adhere to established HSE standards.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and maintenance personnel to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Accurately complete daily production records and documentation.
  • Ensure machines and work areas are well-maintained and organized.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience operating heavy mobile equipment such as loaders, diggers, dozers, graders, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Hold at least one relevant qualification from the equipment pool.
  • Primarily operate on primary equipment listed above.
  • Demonstrate proficiency and consistency in high-pressure production environments.
  • Possess a full manual C Class license.
  • Commit to the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
  • Respect others and maintain an inclusive mindset.
  • Experience working in an Open Cut Production environment operating large-scale equipment.
