Culinary Care Specialist

Our team delivers exceptional care to our residents, prioritizing their well-being and satisfaction. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Care Specialist. As an integral part of our care team, you will be responsible for creating mouth-watering meals tailored to our residents' preferences and dietary requirements.

About the Role

This full-time position is available with flexible shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday from 9:30am-5:30pm. The successful candidate will have a passion for food and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare nutritious meals according to resident preferences and dietary needs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • 6 months of cooking experience, preferably in aged care.
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional care and customer service.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts and work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
