Customer Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Plenti Pty Limited. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our customer support team, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Onboard and develop new team members, providing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure they are continually developing.
- Oversee the management of queues to ensure our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met and allocate resources accordingly.
- Be the escalation point for customers and handle complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate and communicate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
- Deliver weekly team meetings and complete reviews of customer feedback to inform process improvements and identify training needs.
- Experience in leading a customer support team or similar role.
- Strong communication skills and analytical problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- The ability to coach and lead a team to get the best out of them.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously.
