Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional support services for individuals with disabilities. Our organization is seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disability support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.

The role involves:

- Providing individualized support to participants with disabilities, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, personal care, and mobility support.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to management.
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

Key Requirements:

- 1 year experience in disability support, community sector (paid or volunteer).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Valid driver's license with comprehensive car insurance.
- First Aid/CPR certification, WWCC, NDISWC.
