Early Childhood Education Sessional Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated educator to fill a sessional teaching role, delivering classes approximately 18 hours per week.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Cert 3 and Diploma of Early Childhood courses, preparing class content materials, and delivering classes online and on campus at various locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching classes in Cert 3 and Diploma of Early Childhood
- Preparing class content materials including case studies and problem-based learning scenarios
- Delivering classes online and on campus at various locations
- Competency-based assessment and student evaluation including industry placement support
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 with upgrade units TAELLN411 and TAEASS502
- Qualification within Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Significant work experience within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Relevant skills in Microsoft office, databases and record keeping
