About the Role

Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their team based in Ashmore. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in the success of the Branch by installing manufactured products in a safe and timely manner. You will provide excellent customer service at install and actively work to maintain great customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting work plans and paperwork, measuring and installing Bradnam's products for customers on various work sites;
  • Conducting site assessments and rectifying any issues with products where necessary;
  • Communicating with customers regarding the service and install of their products;
  • Glazing of glass products;
  • Demonstrating good communication skills and ability to work within a broader team environment;
  • Demonstrating and upholding a commitment to safe work practices and complying with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | Various shifts

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's Licence issued for the appropriate vehicle category;
  • A Construction White Card;
  • Previous demonstrated experience using hand and power tools;
  • An approach to every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices;
  • Trade qualifications desirable.
