Job Summary:

We seek a senior project leader to manage and execute complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial real estate development, strong leadership skills, and effective communication abilities.

  • Manage and execute senior-level project management services across assigned projects.
  • Provide expert advisory support to clients on legal, financial, real estate, and organizational aspects of commercial real estate development projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes and ensure timely completion.
  • Mentor and motivate project team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop compelling business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Fifteen to twenty years of experience in commercial real estate development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project/PowerPoint/Excel.
