About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction labourer to join our team at JV Recruitment in Traralgon. As a labourer, you will play a crucial role in assisting tradespeople on site, working in unison with site management, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist tradespeople on site, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
  • Work collaboratively with site management to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Conduct site clean-up and move materials as required
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks and resolve issues
Requirements
  • White Card
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in construction
  • Full PPE
  • Own car (desirable)
What We Offer
  • $33.81-$35 per hour + super + coinvest
  • Additional meal allowance (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
  • Additional travel allowance
  • Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
  • Weekly pay
