This is an exceptional opportunity to drive success in group and inbound tours as our Hotel Sales Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading sales activities, developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies, and collaborating with the Corporate Office and Hospitality team to enhance sales activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Network and promote our presence at community meetings, tourism events, and local business associations.
  • Stay informed of local activities and developments to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with account representatives.
Sales Strategy
  • Contribute to the Business Plan development.
  • Monitor property performance against occupancy levels and room rates.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to align property positioning.
  • Develop and update Sales Activity and Promotional Plans.
Sales Performance Metrics
  • Review reservation activity reports to identify and action leads.
  • Analyze company stay reports and monitor trends for future sales planning.
  • Maintain and manage the Property Sales System database.
Professional Requirements:
  • Educational qualification in Real Estate with an understanding of the Perth hospitality/service apartment market.
  • 5+ years of service apartment leasing experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to increase revenue and meet leasing quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and administration skills.
