About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant at our Platypus Shoes store in Rockhampton. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our premium products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Process large volumes of stock and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Assist with maintaining the in-store environment, including housekeeping and visual merchandising
