The Job

We're looking for dedicated and hardworking Crew Members who can deliver an outstanding customer experience. As part of our Cinema Operations Department, you'll help us bring the Hoyts brand to life.

Your Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with a big smile, providing excellent customer service.
  • Process tickets and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure the site is clean and tidy, maintaining high standards of presentation.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a love for cinema.
  • A good work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • An RSA qualification (desirable but not essential).

Availability

We offer a flexible roster, with opportunities to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts. As part of your application, you'll need to indicate your availability.
