  4. Conduct Quality Inspections and Staff Training: The Team Leader will conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that the site meets the required standards and provide training to staff members as needed.
  5. Foster a Positive Team Environment: Fostering a positive and productive team environment is crucial for this role, as it directly impacts the overall performance and efficiency of the team.

Requirements:

  1. ProfilesXTS (Personality Test): As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to undergo a ProfilesXTS personality test to assess their suitability for the role.
  2. Current Site Acknowledgment: Candidates must acknowledge current site requirements and performance appraisals.
  3. In-Date Compliance Requirements: In-date compliance requirements must be met, including NPC if required, Medical, and DAS checks.
