Contract Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our Residential Care team on a fixed-term, full-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents and their families.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will work closely with the Contracts Services Manager to ensure contract best practices are upheld within the Residential Care strategic business unit. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring Residential Care contracts, leases, and other contractual arrangements
- Supporting the evaluation of new agreements
- Liaising with Sales Consultants and ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative requirements

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A business or legal undergraduate degree or 3+ years of contract administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Desirable experience with systems like Epicor SLS, NeRa, or Capital Guardians
- Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $75,000 - $85,000 per annum (depending on experience)
