- Guarantee exceptional service quality in line with National Quality Standards and relevant Government Regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum two years experience in a Centre Director role within an early childcare setting.
- Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certifications.
- National Police Check (within 6 months).
- Deep understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
- Outstanding communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to early childhood education and commitment to delivering outstanding care.
