About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As a valued member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to our young learners.

Job Description

As an Early Childhood Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement engaging kindergarten programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with our National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program to ensure our teachers receive ongoing professional development and support. Your commitment to excellence will be reflected in the delivery of quality education and care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective kindergarten programs aligned with national standards.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and program evaluation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant teaching qualification approved by ACECQA.
  • Holding or having an interest in obtaining a Teacher's Registration where applicable.
  • A current Working with Children's Check and Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).
  • Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
