Architectural Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Professional to join our team in Canberra, Australia. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the development of innovative architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site surveys and measurements to ensure accurate design data.
  • Research and present material and finish options to clients.
  • Assist in developing design plans in response to client requirements.
  • Create 3D visualisations and renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Manage tasks to develop designs and planning concepts into clear and compelling graphic images and plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues across multiple business areas and locations.
  • Undertake internal training and work towards accreditation for your profession.
  • Participate in client communication, meetings, and feedback sessions.
  • Assist with drafting and preparing technical drawings.
  • Stay current with design trends and research new materials and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Graduated with a Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an architectural firm delivering commercial projects.
  • Possesses a passion about Architecture and quality design.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in Autodesk (Revit / Autocad), Sketchup, Microsoft office packages, and Adobe suites.
