Job Description:

As a skilled Case Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people in foster care. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with families, carers, government agencies, and regulatory bodies to provide case management services that promote the well-being of our clients.

You will manage a variety of cases, perform administrative duties, and document case notes from face-to-face meetings with children and carers. This role requires a high level of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times. You will also have the opportunity to visit and support children and carers in foster care settings.

    • Proficiency in writing reports and completing formal documentation.
  • Computer Literacy
    • Proficient in using the MS Office suite of products.
  • Team Player and Autonomous Worker
    • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility
    • Willingness to work non-standard hours as required.
  • Required Checks
    • A current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement), NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Driving License
    • Possession of an Australian Driver's License.
