Primary Health Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Health Care Professional to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality primary health care services to clients in a dynamic and culturally sensitive environment.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders and advocate for the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
About the Role- Provide clinical services to advance the health of clients, including general medical practice, emergency care, and community health.
- Contribute to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of primary health programs and services.
- Develop and implement policies and best practices in primary health care.
- Actively promote health checks and other EPC items, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- A degree in Medicine from a recognised University.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.
- Vaccination against certain diseases.
