About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our SHEIKE team in Burwood. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team of stylists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive an exceptional customer experience journey in every interaction, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Inspire and lead by example, demonstrating a passion for fashion and a commitment to excellence.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and motivate a team of stylists to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing team members to foster their growth and development.
  • Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets, and budgets.
  • Be a strong communicator, able to lead, coach, develop, and influence others to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to grow, and work in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills.
  • Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business.
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business.
  • Self-motivated and strong communicator.
