**About the Role**

Night Auditors play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest service by accurately processing transactions and resolving guest challenges.

The Night Auditor will be responsible for preparing guest welcome packets, handling internal customer complaints, and auditing Food & Beverage cashiers' work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare guest welcome packets and VIP reports
  • Provide excellent service to internal customers
  • Handle guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries
  • Audit daily financial transactions and balance cash receipts
