Our company specializes in steel fabrication and delivers high-quality solutions for various industries.

We are currently seeking a skilled Drafts person/Project Administrator to join our team. This role involves drafting and project coordination, ensuring our projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate structural steel shop drawings and fabrication plans using CAD software.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to develop fabrication-ready details.
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and workshop teams to clarify design requirements.
  • Assist in scheduling, tracking, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables.
  • Prepare, update, and manage project documentation.
  • SUPPORT PROCUREMENT PROCESSES BY COMPILING MATERIAL LISTS AND LIASING WITH SUPPLIERS.
  • Ensure all drawings and project records meet compliance and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD drafting (e.g., Advanced Steel / Tekla, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of structural steel detailing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in a steel fabrication or construction environment is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
