Stockroom Inventory Manager

Sephora is seeking a highly motivated and organized Stockroom Manager to join our team in Parramatta. As the Inventory Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely inventory management, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the store's operational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Drive scheduled cycle counts to identify and adjust stock levels, minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Analyze data and reports to inform operational decisions, reducing shrinkage and improving inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team to resolve issues.
- Implement a continuous improvement mindset, working with the Senior Management team, Supply Chain, and Planning team to achieve business and operational results.
- Serve as the point of contact for stock distribution and organization, making informed decisions to optimize inventory levels.
- Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies, ensuring a high level of inventory management expertise.
- Process and replenish stock, manage returns, and coordinate with external stakeholders for stock pick-up and delivery.
- Previous retail stock management experience, with a focus on cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP, to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- Ability to work a 38-hour rotating roster, supporting store needs and maintaining a high level of physical fitness to lift and move stock.
- Drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, with a focus on tracking stock levels to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand.
- Ability to maintain a strong and positive culture, valuing and recognizing team members through feedback, coaching, learning, and recognition.
