Job Summary

This role involves delivering high-quality clinical services, particularly in areas of expertise. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will lead the process of clinical practice improvement, ensuring that clinical practices are evidence-based, innovative, and up-to-date.

You will provide analysis of relevant research and operational information, assist managers in evaluating and integrating this information, and coordinate team management systems to ensure consistency and regularity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert analysis of relevant research and operational information to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with managers to evaluate and integrate information received.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team management systems.
  • Conduct specialized studies to identify insights into team operations and organizational performance.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in your area of specialty.
  • Current Registration with AHPRA (relevant health professional board or the Nurses & Midwives board of Australia) without conditions.
  • A strong track record of continuing to develop in your area of expertise.
  • The ability to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline.
