We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our WA Allied Health team, working in the Perth region. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, and the position can be part-time or full-time.
About the OpportunityAs a mobile Allied Health clinician, you will provide care to Australians wherever they call home, including community and residential aged care. This is a great opportunity to have variety in your caseload, which will allow you to utilize your skills and grow as a health professional with the support of our senior clinicians.
About the Responsibilities- Support Home Care Package clients with falls prevention, mobility, and balance goals, as well as other physiotherapy needs.
- Work with the Rehab in the Home program, a hospital substitution program that offers clients requiring rehabilitation for post-hip and knee surgery.
- Support clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries, through the Hospital in the Home program.
- Complete assessments, including initials, reviews, post-hospitalization, and falls, for Residential Aged Care clients.
- Facilitate manual handling for Residential Aged Care clients.
This role suits a qualified, fully AHPRA-registered or Limited Registered (remote level) clinician. Ideally, you will have a minimum 1 year's experience in a community setting.
