Enterprise VP

The VP Enterprise plays a critical role in helping Healthengine scale by leading the Enterprise Customer Success and Sales teams. This position is focused on developing and executing strategies to drive growth across Healthengine's largest and most complex customers and prospects.
The VP will lead the Enterprise GTM function, inclusive of both sales and Customer Success, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achievement of revenue targets. They will also develop the strategy to acquire large enterprise customers while ensuring the success of our largest customers.
This role requires a strong strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities, able to turn customer needs into actionable business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategies and motions, as well as experience scaling a business in the lead-up to IPO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Enterprise GTM function, inclusive of both sales and Customer Success
- Develop the strategy to acquire large enterprise customers while ensuring the success of our largest customers
- Recruit and retain top talent, fostering a high-performing, engaged team culture
- Develop and implement strategies to expand and retain strategic enterprise accounts
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with large primary healthcare groups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Healthengine's product, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with the product roadmap
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to senior team members
- Ensure a proactive customer success strategy, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive mutual value for enterprise clients
- Represent Healthengine at industry events, showcasing our leadership in health tech solutions
About You

Experience you'll bring:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or customer success, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading and scaling enterprise-level sales or customer success teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining executive-level relationships with strategic accounts, particularly in complex industries like healthcare
- Strong strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on coaching senior team members and fostering a high-performance culture
- Deep understanding of enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategies and motions
- Experience scaling a business in the lead-up to IPO is highly desirable
