About the Role

We are seeking a skilled technician to provide high-quality multi-product installation, repair, and maintenance services to diverse customers. As a Sales and Service Technician, you will work on various mechanical equipment for different clients in various locations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills. You will also be responsible for new business development, stretching your capabilities to drive growth.

Additional benefits include:

About the Person We Are Looking For

We require someone with:

- Preferably hydraulic hose experience
- Qualification in an automotive mechanic or relevant discipline
- At least three years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial sector
- Ability to provide rapid response breakdown services
- Self-management and self-motivation
- Willingness to undertake on-call work
- Troubleshooting skills for hydraulic and related mechanical engineering problems
- Customer relationship building and maintenance
- Effective communication and confidence dealing with clients
- Business development skills to increase revenue
- Comfortable with manual handling duties, including physical lifting

OEM install experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
