About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Product Leader to join our team as Head of Product. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving product-led growth across consumer, business, and platform.

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional product team that is obsessed with activation, conversion, and retention. You will work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ship fast, learn faster, and turn product into our biggest acquisition and retention lever.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the product growth strategy end to end - from first impression to forever user
  • Lead a cross-functional product team that's obsessed with activation, conversion, and retention
  • Build a tight feedback loop with data, design, and GTM to ship, test, learn, repeat
  • Own our self-serve engine and embed viral mechanics into every layer of the product
Requirements
  • 10+ years of product leadership with a strong track record in growth-stage B2B2C
  • Proven ability to drive metrics that matter - activation, retention, monetization - not just ship features
  • Systems thinker with a bias for velocity, clarity, and decision-making under pressure
  • Cross-functional leader who can align design, eng, and GTM around bold bets and fast learnings
