Key Industrial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our operations in Brisbane. This role will oversee all aspects of our business, driving performance, ensuring safety, and leading a strong team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Queensland team as a key member of the leadership group.
  • Oversight of all operations for the Liquid and Packaged Waste business in Queensland.
  • Strategic collaboration with stakeholders to drive growth and sustainability.
  • Collaboration with the Sales Team to achieve consistent sales and project revenue.
  • Effective pricing negotiation for services and disposal solutions.
  • Development and delivery of business cases supporting technical and regional growth.
  • Monitoring and management of key performance areas such as safety, productivity, profit, costs, cash flow, and compliance.
  • Maximization of operational efficiency and output through effective coordination.
  • Ensuring the business is well-resourced in terms of people, equipment, and structure.
  • Implementation of robust management systems to support safe and effective work by staff and contractors.
  • Leadership and support to the Queensland team.
  • Compliant and sustainable business operation.
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Analysis and application of business data for informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Senior leadership experience in industries such as waste, energy, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong background in managing teams.
  • Proven ability to lead a business unit, including full responsibility for P&L, people, and safety.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to improve processes and implement systems.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and financial management.
