Assembly Technician

Job Summary: Randstad is seeking experienced assembly operators to join our clients across various locations in the state. Successful candidates will be required to work in a fast-paced production environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assemble product to specifications, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work station, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Meet or exceed production KPI's, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Previous production or assembly experience, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Physically fit and able to complete a pre-employment medical, with a focus on maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Ability to work autonomously, following instructions and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Able to follow WHS guidelines, prioritizing safety and well-being in the workplace.
