Job Role: Replenishment Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Replenishment Specialist to contribute to the success of our business by managing end-to-end replenishment operations across Australia. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and demand planning, with knowledge of supply chain logistics and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer forecasts and develop ordering plans for raw materials and traded products nationally.
  • Create purchase orders in SAP to support ongoing supply.
  • Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to develop recommendations.
  • Work with demand planners to understand system functionality.
  • Ensure timely shipments from suppliers and service providers.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet supply obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in procurement and demand planning.
  • Knowledge of supply chain logistics, costing, and customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
