About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Epworth Geelong. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and assisting in the overall clinical management and team leadership of our Cardiac Care unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and experience within the ward
- Ensure patient flow is managed while maintaining high standards of patient care
- Manage clinical risk and implement process improvements to improve patient outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the team and hospital executive team to ensure patient care is integrated, safe, supportive, and of high quality
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience with innovation in Cardiac models of care
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Critical Care

Annual Salary Range
AUD $107,462 - $110,966 + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level, and position (prorated for part-time).
