Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and experience within the ward
  • Ensure patient flow is managed while maintaining high standards of patient care
  • Manage clinical risk and implement process improvements to improve patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the team and hospital executive team to ensure patient care is integrated, safe, supportive, and of high quality

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience with innovation in Cardiac models of care
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification in Critical Care
