Customer Service Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to work as Customer Service Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about facilities, services and programs.
  • Handle admission transactions, membership sign-ups, and program registrations such as enrolments for the Swim School.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception and foyer area.
  • Assist customers with merchandise and swimwear sales in the Swim Shop.
  • Support programs conducted at the Centre as required.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons by enforcing centre policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular in-house training sessions and staff meetings.
  • Complete other reasonable duties or tasks as required in consultation with the Senior Customer Service staff and the Programs Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Adequate First Aid knowledge.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • NSW Working with Children Check Clearance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work AM & PM shifts across all days of the week, including weekends, in accordance with rostering arrangements.
  • A commitment to Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
