We're looking for a talented individual to join our Bathroom and Plumbing team in Wynnum as a Retail Consultant. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners in creating their dream bathrooms.

As a Retail Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products. This will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing expert advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions.

You'll also be responsible for creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone, as well as using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's vision to life. Additionally, you'll be visiting customers on-site to provide updates and maintain great relationships.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has previous experience in retail sales or customer service, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you're a team player who is eager to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.
