We are looking for an experienced leader to spearhead our personal security clearance processes. As a Team Leader, you will oversee a high-performing team responsible for managing complex security clearances across various levels. Your exceptional leadership skills and extensive vetting experience will be invaluable in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Oversee the meticulous processing of security clearances, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs), guaranteeing their alignment with standard procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient caseload management and execution.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Extensive experience in Government or similar high-security environments, preferably with a strong background in personnel security vetting.
  • A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with opportunities for upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required.
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams, with a passion for mentoring and guiding a team of enthusiastic security analysts.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to scrutinize extensive data and identify potential security risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation, adhering to industry standards.
