Job Overview

The Clinical Research Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity of clinical trials. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Establish and maintain relationships with Principal Investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists, and site personnel to facilitate efficient trial execution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster internal and external partnerships to deliver projects on time and within established parameters.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Collaborate with In-house Clinical Research Associate and Regulatory Start-up Associate to prepare essential documents and support ethics and regulatory submission processes.
  • Participant Recruitment: Ensure recruitment targets are met by driving site-specific initiatives and monitoring participant enrollment.
  • Investigational Site Monitoring: Conduct regular monitoring visits to ensure compliance with all phases of a clinical trial.
